Moist walls

I think I will need to spend some hard earned money again for the repair of our roof. My dad will have someone check it tomorrow but we think there’s a portion that is leaking. Yesterday morning, we noticed that the walls were moist. It was like it was washed. My dad checked the upstairs floor and there was a puddle.
Since I don’t want to second guess things, I will have a repairman check it rather than us guessing what caused it. When it comes to our home, I make it a point to repair what needs to be repaired, and replace what needs to be replaced. It is better that way rather than wait for an accident to happen because we waited for that part of the house to go to ruins instead of having it repaired or replaced right away.

Adie - Did it rain? The puddle could be from a water supply or drain leak or even from condensation. Good idea about dealing with home repairs as things come up. Water is the number one killer of houses. If you want some help with DIY repairs feel free to lean on The Handyguys for advice and guidance.
