Food Friday: Lumpiang Shanghai
Posted by Adie on October 24th, 2008. Filed under: Food Friday.
In most Filipino families, especially those with Chinese blood like mine, Lumpiang Shanghai or Filipino Spring Rolls is a staple in parties and celebrations. It is yummy, I tell you! Last October 12 was our area’s fiesta. And of course, we had lumpia as part of our lunch.
Have you ever tasted Lumpiang Dalagang Bukid? I love that one, too!
Happy (Food) Friday everyone!

I agree! We always serve lumpiang shanghai in any Filipino get-together party here in US. They are usually the first dish to disappear on the table
. Your shot made me want for some now, looks yummy! Here’s mine http://food-on-my-table.blogspot.com/2008/10/guinisang-ampalaya-sauteed-bitter-melon.html
