A lot of people, most especially my Chinese friends, tell me that the sound of water is soothing. I actually know that. When I was a kid, we always go to this restaurant that has outdoor fountains. We always request for a table near it. It was very calming and it somehow makes the place cozier and the ambiance perfect for diners.
