Anticipating the future

If there is something I have learned all these years, that would be to be prepared for the future. For any eventuality, actually. The family learned about being prepared the hard way. When my brother got sick in 1998, we had a really good business going. Our finances were in excellent state. We had almost everything that time except a proper savings intended for emergencies. Plus a life insurance for each one of us.

So my brother got sick with leukemia. He had chemotherapy sessions. He had numerous medical procedures done on him. We made sure that he got the best medical attention we could get him. But it was all for nothing. He had only six months to live and that’s it.

We should have learned our lesson by then. But we were lulled into a sense of complacency. We lived in the present and nothing more. We forgot the lesson that my brother’s death should have instilled in us. Be prepared for the future.

A little over three years ago, my mom passed away due to multiple organ failure brought on by her kidney disease. Again, we were not prepared. She was not prepared at all. No life or health insurance or anything. I knew, after what happened to my mom, being unprepared for the future will have to be erased from our system.

I am looking for the best life insurance policy that I can get for my dad, for me and my brother. My sisters already have theirs. I am looking at what USA Life Insurance offers. You might be interested as well. Go to USALifeInsurance.com and know more about it.
