It’s been a while since I last joined Food Friday. I guess I was always hungry I forgot to take a photo of any food I ate in the past three months. Hehehe

Anyway, here’s my entry for today’s FF. Pako Salad. I am trying to be healthy here ;)

P.S. After the salad, I ate Kare-kare with lots of Bagoong and rice! “Healthy” was thrown out the window! Hahaha

    Matagal na humihingi ng ganyan ang eldet daughter ko who tasted pako in school. Di ko alam pan ito gawin eh :(

    you say healthy! siguro i must try that! you’re true minsan sobrang gutom nakakatamad na mag-picture minsan naman medyo nakakahiya sa crowd hehehe! but just the same i will take pictures pa rin for my entries here!

    ako din i like pako salad pero i like the ones that you eat next better, favorite ko ang kare-kare eh *grins*.

    I love that too! There’s a place in Antipolo where I had a taste of this yummy salad – Mount Purro.

    i remember my aunt cooking pako in coconut milk, sis … haven’t tried them as a salad before. looks yummy and healthy!

    Fern salad, I haven’t tried it yet. However, my Dad made a ginataang fern when I was little.
