Take care of your heart
Posted by Adie on August 4th, 2009. Filed under: Check Out.In our paternal side of the family, several members are suffering from heart ailments. My dad was even in a state before where he’s most susceptible to a heart attack. He probably still is. I might be as well.
We all should take care of our heart. I am trying to do my best now. I am always reminding my dad about it, too. He couldn’t quit smoking which is what his cardiologist wanted him to do for the longest time. But he just couldn’t. I am thinking of getting a automated external defibrillator or AED for him. My uncle has one at home. My cousin bought it for his dad after he had a stroke before.
I want our family to be healthy and to avoid the family heart sicknesses. I just hope my dad will listen to me.
