Under One Roof

I heard that the previous company I’ve been with has recently changed top management with new and younger people. Good for the company! The ones replaced had outdated notions in running a business and it’s costing the company chunks of lost profits. I remember my immediate superior telling one of the board directors about this before she resigned. Her worry was brushed off. Until almost 50% of the sales numbers dipped. It was because customers were not satisfied.

I heard that the new top management has hired a 3rd party fulfillment center to take care of order fulfillment for them. A 24-hour customer service team is also on standby to help customers, new and old, with their concerns. Plus, the marketing team was beefed up.

So many changes have been made and I personally saw the results to the improvements done. I am hoping they can sustain it and won’t go back to the way they were.
