Devastating effect

It’s true, yes. But hearing it is different than merely acknowledging it to yourself. I felt the need to down a vat full of fat burners when I heard what my friend had to say! It had that devastating effect. I should have recorded it so it can inspire me to sweat it out and start acting now.
