Teacher sister
Posted by Adie on November 9th, 2009. Filed under: Check Out.My sister has dark circles under eyes. Ever since she became a teacher, she’s been lacking sleep. She wakes up very early to make sure she’s in school way earlier than her students. When there are exams, she has to check a lot of test papers and then grade them. No wonder she has this episode wherein we had to consult a neurologist because of frequent headaches she experienced. Turned out it was brought on by stress. Her doctor advised her to chill out and relax a bit. What we do at home is we let her sleep as much as she wants to during weekends and holidays.
