A good man

He makes sure to give the people working for him safety products they can use to ensure maximum protection against accidents. He replaces the items every year even if it’s still in good working condition. His workers protection is a really a big deal to him. And I salute him for prioritizing his workers over profit.
Not every business man can boast of that. Most prioritize the bottomline over any other thing. I’ve known people who are like that and even if I understand them, I still cannot help but hope they realize the value of their loyal workers.
