Under One Roof

My goals for this year were not met. I was distracted and lost focus. Next year, I plan on meeting at least two goals. Getting my very own condo unit and setting up a health savings account. I need it for me, my sister, and my dad. We are not getting any younger. Sooner or later, the aches and pains will start manifesting and there better be funds we can use to remedy it. Especially for my dad.

Regarding the condo unit… I just want to invest on something I can use eventually. Or maybe not a condo unit. I can probably get a townhouse. Whichever, I want something with my name on it. The house we are living in right now will eventually go to my brother. It’s tradition here in the country that the ancestral house goes to the youngest child unless the parents are still alive. Plus, I can’t see myself growing old in this place.

If I get to start on these two goals for next year, I’d be happy. I need to focus more and not get sidetracked again.
