Lack of funds

I need to be prepared for any eventuality. That’s what the people close to me have been advising me time and time again. And I know they’re right that’s why I am taking action.
The only drawback to my plans is the lack of funds as of the moment. I have savings but it is intended for my brother’s tuition fees. After I pay for it, that’s the only time I can save up to do take one off my list of goals.
