Legal fight over inheritance

Those rich families are actually hiring top guns in the field of law and finance to help them fight their rights out. Think of that oil magnate who was unfortunate enough to have married Anna Nicole Smith. The oil magnate’s son fought it out with Smith in court so she wouldn’t get half of his fortune.
But just imagine three families fighting over an ancestral house wherein the owners, their parents, still live in. The value of the house is still doubtful. There is a sibling still unmarried. And there are numerous grandchildren, some of whom are already with their own families, too.
Messy legal fight!
That’s why I am happy we have our own house. We need not fight with anyone over our home. My siblings and I have an unwritten agreement that we will not be fighting over our parents house but instead will give it to our youngest.
